In July 2019 after several years of investigation and due diligence looking into compliant small/medium scale EfW Combustion systems for the UK's growing waste issue, Environ signed a "UK and Ireland" exclusivity contract as EPCM with Dutch Incinerators-Netherlands for; Supply, Install, Commission and Maintenance of their DI range of Incineration equipment (detailed in table below). (Environ will undertake O&M services where required, under contracted terms) Dutch Incinerators bring over 30 years of practical application of Incineration Plants, from initial design to completed construction/commissioning and operation; this combined with Environs 7 years’ of experience in Waste Heat Recovery and Energy from Waste creates a strong partnership with a knowledge base in the practical application of Design, Installation (EPCM), Operation and Maintenance within industrial engineering, energy recovery and EfW, which enables us to offer the correct bespoke EfW-combustion CHP solutions.
Dutch Incinerators-Netherlands and Environ work collaboratively on detailed Engineering and Design of EfW solutions to suit the client’s specific requirements. The table below details the range of DI equipment and their operational throughput rates based on Calorific Values of the specific waste fuels.
Energy Recovery CHP is part of Environs scope of supply, working in conjunction with Dutch
Incinerators an energy recovery system is design to harvest the Incinerator combustion heat and convert this energy to Combined Heat and Power.
The design will depend on the specific site requirements to include:
1. Generate sufficient electricity to run the plant parasitic loads
2. Generate sufficient electricity to off-set the clients site loads
3. Where practical, export electricity to the National Grid
4. Use condensing heat and surplus hear for:

➢ Industrial process heating
